Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení vlivů různých forem pořízení dlouhodobého majetku na výsledek hospodaření určitého podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na majetek a popis jeho životního cyklu ve společnosti. Dále je na modelovém příkladu řešeno pořízení dlouhodobého majetku nejčastějšími formami možného pořízení a to v hotovosti, úvěrem a leasingem. V závěru je doporučena nejvýhodnější …more

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effects of various forms of acquisition of fixed assets on the economic results of a particular business entity. The theoretical part is focused on property and a description of its life cycle in business entity.
