Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současné úrovně systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci a následně vytvoření vhodných návrhů, vedoucích k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. This thesis is focused on the issue of the employee evaluation and reward system. The main target is to analyze the level of the employee evaluation and reward system in the certain company and then to make the suitable proposals to eliminate the identified deficiencies.
