Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na francouzské přejímky z oblasti gastronomie v současném českém lexiku. Práce se zprvu zaobírá tematikou přejímání cizích slov obecně. Poté konkrétněji charakterizuje galicismy, které byly přejaty do českého jazyka v průběhu historie, a nakonec vymezuje přejímky z oblasti gastronomie. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on French loanwords from the field of gastronomy in contemporary Czech lexis. The thesis first deals with the topic of foreign word adoption in general. It then characterizes more specifically the gallicisms that have been adopted into the Czech language throughout history, and finally defines adoptions from the field of gastronomy.
