In vitro skin penetration test as an alternative toxicity test
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití alternativních testů toxicity, konkrétně na test penetrace kůže prováděný in vitro. Dále pojednává o problematice, použití, důvodech zavádění alternativních testů toxicity a popisuje veškeré podmínky, které výrazně ovlivňují výsledek experimentu.
Abstract:
This thesis is aiming on the use of alternative toxicity tests, specifically on skin penetration test performed in vitro. It also deals with the problematics, utilization, reasons for the introduction of alternative tests of toxicity describes all the conditions that will affect the results of experiments.
