Tato práce se zabývá sankcemi v daňovém řízení. Definuje a popisuje základní pojmy, které jsou uvedeny především v zákoně České národní rady č. 337/1992 Sb., o správě daní a poplatků. Záměrem práce je seznámení se, se sankcemi, které správce daně ukládá v rámci daňového řízení při nesplnění zákonných povinností. The thesis deals with sanctions within tax procedure. It defines and describes basic concepts that are mentioned especially in the Czech National Council Act No. 337/1992 Coll., on taxes and fees administration. The aim of the thesis is identification of sanctions that are imposed by the tax administrator within tax procedure when legal obligations are not met.
