Práce se zabývá problematikou rovných příležitostí žen a mužů a především gender mainstreamingem v České republice a ve Švédsku. Jejím cílem je komparace programů na podporu gender mainstreamingu a problematiky rovných příležitostí ve výše zmíněných zemích. Práce je členěna do dvou hlavní částí, teoretické a praktické. This work deals with equal opportunities for women and men and gender mainstreaming in particular in the Czech Republic and Sweden. Its aim is to support programs comparison of gender mainstreaming and equal opportunities in the above-mentioned countries. The work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical.
