Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých výhod. První kapitola definuje odborné pojmy této problematiky. Druhá kapitola detailněji vysvětluje zaměstnanecké výhody a jejich poskytování. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola se specializují na analýzu současného systému zaměstnaneckých výhod v konkrétním podniku. The thesis addresses the issue of employee benefits. The first chapter defines the key concepts of this topic. The second chapter provides a detailed explanation of employee benefits and their provision. The third and fourth chapters specialize in the analysis of the current system of employee benefits in a specific company.
