Využití ITIL k řízení podnikového IT

Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou a identifikací slabých míst procesů reálné společnosti a návrhem opatření s ohledem na knihovnu ITIL. Teoretická část představuje pojmy řízení IT služeb a IT Governance jako přístupy křízení podnikové informatiky. Vpraktické části je představen projekt procesní analýzy, analyzované procesy a navržená opatření.

This thesis deals with analysis and identification of weak spots of real company’s business processes and it proposes adequate improvements in accordance with ITIL. The theoretical part introduces notions such as IT Service Management and IT Governance as an approaches to management of business informatics.
