Abstract:

Dania, T., Dopady krize na stavebnictví a návrhy opatření pro společnost Arsstav. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2014. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dopady krize na stavební odvětví a na zhodnocení vlivu těchto dopadů na finanční stránce vybrané stavební firmy. Pro identifikaci dopadů, hrozeb a slabých míst jsou použity analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, doplněny o finanční analýzu. Na základě provedených analýz a konzultaci s firmou je v rámci krizové managementu vypracován souhrn hrozeb a slabých míst s přímým vlivem na provoz firmy. Souhrn hrozeb a slabých míst slouží k vytvoření návrhových opatření s doporučeními, jak vzniklou situaci řešit. V diskuzi práce jsou probrány také dopady a hrozby, které v souhrnu nejsou uvedeny.

Dania, T., The impacts of the crisis on the construction industry and suggestions of measures for the company Arsstav. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2014. This bachelor thesis focuses on impacts of the crisis on the construction in-dustry and evaluating the influence of these impacts on financial aspects of select-ed construction company. External, internal and financial analyses are used to identificate impacts, threats and weaknesses. Based on the analyses and consulta-tion with company's management a list of threats and weaknesses with direct im-pacts on the company was drawn up. A summary of threats and weaknesses is used for creating suggestions of measures and recommendations to resolve result-ing situation. Other impacts and threats, which are not mentioned within the list of suggested measures, are proposed in discussion.
