Increase of management efficiency in TL-ULTRALIGHT Ltd.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na způsoby zvýšení efektivity ve společnosti TL-Ultralight s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou ultralehkých letadel. Předmětem řešení je nastavení jasně definované organizační struktury, definování jednotlivých stupňů řízení, odpovědností a účinných motivačních činitelů na jednotlivých organizačních stupních ve společnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on ways of increasing management efficiency in TL-Ultralight Ltd. This company specializes in manufacturing ultra-light aircraft. The objective is setting clearly defined organization structure, defining responsibilities and particular control steps, and efficient motivation factors in individual organization levels of the company.
