Analysis of Job Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction in Organization
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice pracovní spokojenosti, faktorům, které ji ovlivňují a souvislostem s celkovou životní spokojeností, včetně možných působení na pracovní chování v případě pracovní nespokojenosti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výzkum pracovní spokojenosti v konkrétní společnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issues of the job satisfaction. The theoretical part is given to the particular characteristics of the job satisfaction and to the factors which affect it. It is also focused on the context of the overall life satisfaction, including the possible effects on the behavior in the case of job dissatisfaction.
