Diplomová práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o epidurální katetr (EK).Teoretická část práce se zabývá bolestí, jejími typy a hodnocením, perioperační analgezií, epidurální analgezií jejími indikacemi a kontraindikacemi, postupem provedení, farmakoterapií, monitorováním pacienta a doporučenými postupy ošetřovatelské péče. The diploma thesis deals with the nursing care of an epidural catheter (EC). The theoretical part of the thesis deals with pain, its types and evaluation, perioperative analgesia, epidural analgesia with its indications and contraindications, procedure, pharmacotherapy, patient monitoring and recommended nursing care procedures.
