Evropa 2020 je strategie EU, jejímž cílem je v období 2010-2020 vyřešit nedostatky současného hospodářství a vytvořit podmínky pro inteligentní a udržitelný růst, který bude podporovat sociální začlenění. Europe 2020 is the European Union’s strategy with the main aim to create the conditions for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth during the 2010-2020 period. The objective of this thesis is to compare how two different European states are reaching the European Union 2020 energy sustainability and climate change targets and find out how difficult it is for them to achieve those targets.
