Abstract:
Tématem předkládané práce je zavedení unifikovaného právního systému, jehož ústředním bodem je radní snešení, sepsané v 80. letech 17. století s detailním rozborem rozdílů pražských a brněnských práv, které dává náhlednout, co bylo pro Brněnské v jejich době a prostoru tím hlavním, a kdo vůbec oni “Brněnští” byli.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on introduction of unified municipal law in the end of 17th century. The main point of the research is an analysis of town council's source of law, which reveals legal, political and economic conditions of Brno in Early modern period.
