Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá otázkou veřejného zájmu a zejména ochranou tohoto zájmu pomocí žaloby ve veřejném zájmu. Aktivní legitimaci k podání této žaloby má Nejvyšší státní zástupce a poměrně nově je k tomuto podání legitimován také Veřejný ochránce práv. This work deals with the question of public interest and especially with the protection of it through action in the public interest. Locus standi to bring this action has the Attorney and the Ombudsman. For the last named it is relatively new competence.
