Diplomová práce je zaměřená na popis a charakteristiku Modelu excelence EFQM a jeho srovnání s jinými manažerskými nástroji. V praktické části práce je dále popsán proces jeho implementace do Policie České republiky a zkušenosti s postupem zavádění. Empirická část dále zkoumá vliv uvedeného modelu na práci zaměstnanců s příplatkem za vedení u okresního ředitelství Policie ČR ve Vsetíně
Abstract:
This dissertation is focused on the description and characteristic of The EFQM Excellency Model and its comparision with other manager instruments. In the practical part of this dissertation we describe the process of its implementing to the work of the Czech police and our experience with it.
