Bakalářská práce se věnuje ověření funkčnosti motivačních teorií v prostředí ICT firem. Jejím cílem je za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu přiblížit potřeby zaměstnanců ICT prostředí. Bachelor thesis is devoted to verification of functionality of motivational theories in ICT environment. Its aim is to bring the needs of the ICT environment staff closer together with quantitative research.
