Performance-related remuneration using a specific company as an example

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením a řízením výkonnosti podniku a odměňováním zaměstnanců dle jejich výkonnosti na příkladu konkrétního podniku ve stavebním odvětví. Teoretická část práce se skládá ze dvou kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá měřením a řízením výkonnosti podniku a pracovníků. Druhá kapitola se zabývá systémem odměňování dle výkonnosti v návaznosti na metodu Balanced Scorecard. Praktická část práce začíná představením společnosti a její odpovědnostní struktury. Dále je provedena analýza systémů měření a řízení výkonnosti a odměňování dle výkonnosti. Na základě odpovědí vyplněného dotazníku společností jsou systémy představeny a následně zhodnoceny s navržením několika změn z důvodu plánované fúze s jejich subdodavatelem. Společnosti je navrženo zaměřit se na výkonnostní ukazatele ve spojení s metodou Balanced Scorecard a upravit v souladu s potřebami budoucího rozvoje společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and management of company performance and rewarding employees according to their performance on the example of a specific company in the construction industry. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the measurement and management of enterprise and employee performance. The second chapter deals with the performance-based remuneration system in relation to the Balanced Scorecard method. The practical part of the thesis starts with an introduction of the company and its responsibility structure. Then the analysis of performance measurement and management systems and performance-based remuneration is carried out. Based on the answers to a questionnaire filled in by the companies, the systems are presented and then evaluated with several changes proposed due to the planned merger with their subcontractor. It is proposed that the companies focus on performance indicators in conjunction with the Balanced Scorecard method and adjust in line with the needs of the future development of the company.
