Annotation: Banks are recently a considerable support for bank customers, firms or companies. Todays clients are sophisticated, choosy and modern and they are not just ordinary consumers of basic bank products. Anotácia: V súčasnej dobe sú banky významnou oporou pre obyčajného človeka – klienta, firmu, alebo spoločnosť. V dnešnej dobe je klient náročný, vyberavý, moderný a nie je len obyčajným konzumentom bankových produktov. Prezentovaná bakalárska práca porovnáva kreditné karty na slovenskom bankovom trhu.
