Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o znalci v trestním řízení a o znaleckém posudku. Práce je uvedena historickým vývojem postavení znalce v trestním řízení. Další kapitola pojednává o postavení znalce v trestním řízení. Práce se věnuje porovnání znaleckého posudku a odborného vyjádření. A také porovnává právní úpravu postavení znalce v českém trestním řízení a právní úpravu v jiných zemích. Cílem této práce …more
