Support of Prosocial Behaviour of Adolescents in the Czech Sokol Community

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá prosociálním chováním a možností jeho podpory ze strany České obce sokolské. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda obec prosociálnost svých členů rozvíjí. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o dosavadních poznatcích, objasňuje základní a související pojmy, seznamuje s klasifikací tohoto jevu, popisuje motivační faktory, modely prosociálního chování z hlediska ontogeneze člověka a jsou zde uvedeny vlivy, které na vývoj prosociálnosti působí. Současně je zde uvedeno, jak souvisí tendence spolupracovat s tendencí chovat se prosociálně a jak se spolupráce a soutěžení projevují nejen ve sportu. V teoretické části je rovněž vysvětlena problematika evalvačních a devalvačních projevů chování, jež se zkoumaným jevem souvisí. Empirická část na základě informací zjištěných prostřednictvím dotazníku obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků šetření, kterých bylo dosaženo kvantifikací převážně kvalitativních dat.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the prosocial behaviour and the eventualities of its support from the Czech Sokol Community. The aim of the thesis is to discover whether the Sokol Community develops the prosociality of its members. The theoretical part contains the information about current knowledge, explains the basics and related concepts, introduces the classification of this phenomenon, describes the motivational factors and the models of prosocial behaviour from the point of view of the human ontogenesis and there are stated the powers that influence the pro-social development. At the same time, it is stated here how the tendency to cooperate is related to the tendency to behave prosocially and how the cooperation and competition manifest not only in sport. The theoretical part also explains the problems of evaluation and devaluation behaviour, which is related to the studied phenomenon. The empirical part, based on the information obtained through the questionnaire, contains an evaluation of the results of the survey, which was achieved by quantification of mainly qualitative data.
