Abstract:

Práce se zabývá fenoménem komunitou podporovaného zemědělství (community supported agriculture - CSA), který je světově rozšířenou formou alternativních potravinových systémů. V komunitou podporovaném zemědělství uzavírají zemědělci a spotřebitelé vzájemné partnerství založené na dlouhodobém závazku a osobním vztahu. CSA je v práci definováno jako soubor principů, který překračuje svým sociálním a ekonomickým přínosem koncept udržitelné spotřeby potravin, a model organizace potravinového systému, jenž nabývá pestrých podob napříč kulturními prostředími. Cílem práce je především charakterizovat výskyt fenoménu v českém prostředí. V empirické části práce je metodou případových studií popsáno a srovnáváno šest českých systémů CSA. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů s jedenácti klíčovými aktéry vyplývá třináct významných aspektů organizace CSA, jako např. interakce zemědělců a organizátorů. Jednotlivé systémy jsou hodnoceny z hlediska míry participace spotřebitelů a vztaženy k zahraničním modelům fungování.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of community supported agriculture (CSA), which is a world-wide spread form of alternative food systems. In CSA farmers and consumers create mutual partnerships based on the long-term commitment and personal relationships. In the thesis CSA is defined as a set of principles which exceeds the concept of sustainable food consumption by its economic and social benefits, and as a model of arrangement of food system, which takes various shapes across different cultural environments. The main goal of the thesis is to characterize the occurrence of the phenomenon in the Czech Republic. Six CSA systems are described and contrasted in the empirical part of the thesis by the method of case studies. Thirteen important aspects of CSA organisation is found by the procces of analysing the interviews with eleven key figures. The systems are evaluated from the perspective of the level of participation of consumers and related to the foreign models.
