Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickým a jedním z nejzávažnějších přestupkových potažmo trestních jednání v silniční dopravě. Vzhledem ke složitosti dané problematiky je práce zaměřena pouze na řízení motorových vozidel pod vlivem alkoholu nebo jiné návykové látky. The bachelor thesis deals with a specific and one of the most dangerous offenses in road traffic. Due to the complexity of the issue, the work is focused only on driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In part one it deals with the influence of alcohol or drugs on drivers.
