Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabývám vztahem kvartálních prezentací pro investory, tzv. „earningscallů“, a reakce externích uživatelů dobrovolně zveřejňovaných informací. Earnings callje zastoupen tzv. tónem, ten je určen počtem pozitivních a negativních slov užitých v průběhuearnings callu. In the final thesis I deal with the relationship between quarterly shareholder reports, the so-called earnings calls, and responses of external users of voluntary disclosure. Earnings call is defined by the tone, which depends on the number of positive and negative words. Responses are represented by a change in share price and by the number of questions asked.
