Development of specific football skills within unorganized physical aktivity in primary school pupils

Abstract:

Cíl: cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv individuálního trénink specifických fotbalových dovedností ve volném čase, mimo organizovanou tréninkovou činnost na úroveň těchto fotbalových dovedností. Metody: pro tuto práci jsme zvolili modifikaci dotazníku IPAQ, který se obsahoval otázky na obsah pohybové aktivity mimo organizovaný trénink a testová baterie, která obsahovala tyto testy: 505 agility test, test na dribling, test na přesnost přihrávky a přebrání míče, test na přesnost střelby, test na přesnost dlouhé přihrávky vzduchem. Tyto procedury podstoupil hráči kategorie U14 (13,5 ? 0,5 years). Výsledky: výsledky ukázaly, že mezi skupinami 1 a 2 nebyl rozdíl, co se úrovně testovaných dovedností týče. Ve všech testech můžeme hodnotit významně věcný vliv míry aktivity na výsledky skupin jako triviální. U testů 1, 2, 3 dosáhla lepších výsledků skupina 1, u testu 4, 5 dosáhla lepších výsledků skupina 2. Závěr: větší míra času stráveného individuálním tréninkem specifických fotbalových dovedností ve volném čase nemá v kategorii U14 vliv na úroveň námi testovaných dovedností.

Abstract:

Objective: the aim of the thesis was to determine the impact of individual training of specific football skills in leisure time, outside of organized training activities on the level of these football skills. Methods: for this work, we chose to modify the IPAQ questionnaire, which included questions about the content of physical activity outside of organized training and a test battery that included the following tests: 505 agility test, dribbling test, pass accuracy test and first touch, shooting accuracy test, long pass accuracy test. These procedures were undergone by U14 players (13.5 ? 0.5 years). Results: the results showed that there was no difference between groups 1 and 2 in terms of the level of skills tested. In all tests, we can evaluate the significant material effect of the activity rate on group results as trivial. For tests 1, 2, 3, group 1 achieved better results, and group 2 achieved better results in Test 4. Conclusion: a greater amount of time spent on individual training of specific football skills in leisure time does not affect the level of skills tested by us in the U14 category.
