Determination of THC in blood by GC-MS method on the basis of a positive immunochemical detection
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit vztah mezi pozitivním imunochemickým záchytem THC ve slinách a stanovením THC v krvi plynovou chromatografií s GC – MS koncovkou. Byl shromážděn soubor 100 pozitivních záchytů THC ve slinách. V 70 % případů byla pozitivita potvrzena stanovením hladiny THC v krvi. Abstract:
The aim of this work was to evaluate a relationship between a positive immunochemical detection of THC in saliva and determination of THC in blood by gas chromatography with GC-MS. A set of 100 positive THC detection in saliva was collected. Positivity was confirmed by determining the level of THC in blood which was in 70% of cases.
