Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem obec, charakteristikou obce a vysvětluje základní principy fungování obce a jejich orgánů. Dále je zde blíže vysvětleno financování obcí a hospodaření s majetkem. V této části se pak blíže popisuje možná vzájemná spolupráce obcí a samotná odpovědnost zastupitelů obce. The bachelor thesis is separated into two parts. The theoretical part deal with the concept municipality, the characteristics of municipality and explains the basic principles of functioning of municipality and it's authorities.
