The goal of this thesis is to conduct due diligence of the company Sounding s.r.o. from the view of a financial investor and a recommendation of the method of entry. The main focus of this thesis is financial due diligence, which uses methods of vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements, balance rules, indicator ratios, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and determining EVA.
