Strategic Plan for Competitive Advantage Development of Small and Middle Enterprise
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je orientovaná na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku CAB minerals s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rešerši odborné literatury, preferována je oblast strategie, analýz ovlivňujících prostředí podniku a konkurenčních analýz. Návrhová část obsahuje strategické cíle s návrhovými opatřeními ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on increasing the competitiveness of selected company CAB minerals s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on the research of professional literature, preferred is the area of strategy, analysis influencing the business environment and competitive analyzes. The design part contains strategic objectives with design measures to increase the company's competitiveness.
