Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh marketingové strategie konkrétní instituce. Návrh marketingové strategie vychází z analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku, vypracované SWOT matice, dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru. Na základě daných analýz, výsledků dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru je navržena marketingová strategie vhodná pro konkrétní podnik.Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on Marketing Strategy Proposal of the Specific Institution. Marketing Strategy Proposal of the Specific Institution is based on internal and external analysis of the company, elaborated SWOT matrix, a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.
