Tato práce se věnuje vybraným právním a ekonomickým aspektům společenství vlastníků jednotek. Jedním z důvodů pro zvolení tohoto tématu je zkušenost autorky práce díky členství ve voleném orgánu SVJ. V rámci analýzy bylo zjištěno, že dané SVJ má nastavenou takovou výši příspěvků, která odpovídá potřebám SVJ. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on Selected Legal and Economic Aspects of Homeowners' Association (HOA). One of the reasons for the choice of this topic is the experience of the author of the thesis through her membership in an elected body of the HOA.
