Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním matek po mateřské a rodičovské dovolené. V jednotlivých kapitolách je rozebráno postavení žen ve společnosti, pojmy diskriminace a rovné zacházení, a dále postavení žen a matek v pracovním právu a jejich zaměstnávání. This thesis deals with the employment of mothers after maternity and parental leave. The individual chapters discuss the role of women in society, the concepts of discrimination and equal treatment and status of women and mothers in labour-law and employment.
