A-National Rules of Law in International Commercial Arbitration - a Systemic Approach
Abstract:
Disertační práce pojednává o fenoménu Lex Mercatoria, tedy o právních normách nestátního původu používaných v mezinárodním obchodním styku. Zaměřuje se především na popis historického vývoje těchto norem, na jejich prameny a strukturu, jejich postavení v rámci doktríny mezinárodního práva soukromého a na jejich aplikaci v řízení před rozhodčími soudy i soudy obecnými.

Present thesis deals with the phenomenon of Lex Mercatoria, i.e. the a-national rules of law applicable to international commercial transactions.
