The education schedule of assisted reproduction focused on students of the second degree of the primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Výukový program asistované reprodukce pro žáky druhého stupně ZŠ“ v první části souhrnně pojednává o poruchách plodnosti, jejích příčinách, faktorech ovlivňujících plodnost, diagnostice o možných způsobech léčby. Dále byla zaměřena na metody asistované reprodukce a další používané techniky s asistovanou reprodukcí spojené, možné komplikace léčby neplodnosti, její úhrady a zákonnou úpra-vu. Praktickou částí je výukový program, týkající se poruch plodnosti a asistované re-produkce, určený hlavně pro žáky 9. tříd. Průvodcem výukového programu je powerpointová prezentace, obsahující teorii, obrázky, video, didaktickou hru, aktivity pro žáky a pracovní list. K prezentaci byl vytvořen manuál pro učitele, jakým způsobem žáky s poruchami plodnosti a metodami asistované reprodukce seznámit. Výukový pro-gram lze zařadit do oboru výchova ke zdraví. Diplomovou práci uzavírají případové studie týkající se 5. párů, které podstoupili asistovanou reprodukci. Výsledky rozhovorů sloužily k vzájemnému porovnání informací získaných od párů a k porovnání s nastudovanou teorií.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis „ The education schedule of assisted reproduction focused on students of the second degree of the primary school “ in the first part, deals collectively with fertility disorders, its causes, factors affecting fertility, diagnosis of possible treat-ments. The thesis was also focused on methods of assisted reproduction and other used equipment associated with assisted reproduction, infertility treatment, possible compli-cations, its payment and legislation. The practical part of the training program related to infertility and assisted reproduction is designed primarily for pupils of the 9th grade. Guided tutorial is Powerpoint presentation, containing theory, images, video, didactic game, activities for students and worksheet. The presentation is enriched of a manual for teachers on how to familiarise pupils with fertility and assisted reproduction methods. The tutorial can be included within the field of health education. The thesis is concluded by the case of study of 5 couples who had to undergo assisted reproduction. Results of interviews were used for comparison of informatik obtained from couples and directed by comparison with theory.
