Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá celkovým prehľadom o nájme a podnájme bytov a nebytových priestorov s poukázaním na využitie v praxi. Práca obsahuje všeobecnú terminológiu, týkajúcu sa nájmu a podnájmu bytov a nebytových priestorov.
