Possibilities of tercial education for students with hearing impairment

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika moţností terciárního vzdělávání studentů se sluchovým postiţením. V teoretické části zmiňuji druhy sluchových vad, způsoby a druhy komunikace. Zaměřuji se na integraci studentů a důleţité aspekty výchovy a vzdělávání. Ve výzkumné části zpracovávám informace metodou strukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl určen studentům bakalářských a magisterských studijních oborů. Zajímá mne především, jaké studijní obory si studenti se sluchovým postiţením vybírají a do jaké míry je jejich sluchová vada při výběru omezuje.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is problem of possibilities of tertiary education for students with hearing defects. In the theoretical part of my work the types of hearing defects, ways and kinds of communication are mentioned. I concentrate on integration of students and important aspects of upbringing and education. In the research section I elaborate information by the help of method of structured interview determined to students of bachelor and master study branches. I am interested first of all in fact what study branches the impair students choose and to which extent their hearing defect can limit their choice.
