Team transformation to an Agile Way of Project Management.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá transformací týmu z tradiční vodopádové struktury na agilní vedení projektu. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny obě formy vedení projektu spolu s dopady, které tato transformace představuje na tým. Ve výzkumné části se práce zabývá tím, jak jednotlivci na různých pozicích v organizaci interpretují proces přechodu na agilní způsob vedení projektu, jenž je zakončen výčtem teoretických konceptů, které tvoří výsledný závěr výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the transformation of a team from the traditional waterfall structure to agile project management. In the theoretical part of the thesis, both forms of project management are presented together with the effects that this transformation represents on the team. In the research part, the work deals with how individuals in different positions in the organization interpret the process of transition to an agile method of project management, which ends with a list of theoretical concepts that form the final conclusion of the research.
