Abstract:
Diplomová práce za zabýva problematikou založení právnické osoby pro podnikáni. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickým náležitostem vztahujícím se k jejímu založení. Část praktická poté řeší již konkrétní společnost, její založení portfolio služeb a průzkum trhu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of establishing a legal entity for business. The theoretical part is devoted to the theoretical requirements related to its establishment. The practical part then deals with a specific company, its establishment of a portfolio of services and market research.
