Export Strategy of the Czech Government for Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou a analýzou současných forem podpory exportu v České Republice, a to se zaměřením na malé a střední podniky.Práce je strukturována do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je věnována definici a popisu Exportní strategie vlády ČR, jejím jednotlivým cílům a projektům a zhodnocení plnění v posledních letech. Kromě samotného dokumentu v následujících kapitolách je práce zaměřena na činnosti národních a nadnárodních institucí zabývající se proexportními aktivitami a stručně popsat jejich služby, existenci dalších strategických dokumentů, a v neposlední řadě,závěrečná kapitola vyhodnocuje využívání dostupné podpory exportu ze strany mnou vybraného podniku.Hlavním cílem práce je prokázaní toho, že nová strategie vlády je systematická, pro daný segment podnikatelských subjektů dosažitelná, a ve finále i úspěšná.V práci byly uplatněny metody komparace, analýzy,deskripce,literární rešerše. Hlavním zdrojem pro závěrečnou kapitolu se staly hloubkové pohovory s pracovníky marketingového oddělení firmy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics and analysis of current forms of export support in the Czech Republic, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises.The thesis is structured into five main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the definition and description of the Export Strategy of the Government of the Czech Republic, its individual objectives and projects and the evaluation of performance in recent years. In addition to the document itself in the following chapters, the work is focused on the activities of national and multinational institutions dealing with pro-export activities and briefly describe their services, the existence of other strategic documents, and last but not least, the final chapter evaluates the use of available export support by the selected company.The main objective of the thesis is to prove that the new government strategy is systematic, achievable for the given segment of business entities, and successful in the final.The methods of comparison, analysis, description, literature search were applied. The main source for the final chapter was in-depth interviews with the company's marketing staff.
