Tématem diplomové práce je problematika zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně benefity, souvisejícími pojmy, členěním a jejich legislativní úpravou. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee benefits. The theoretical part deals with benefits, their division and legislative regulations and some related terms. In one chapter, employee benefits are characterised according to the taxation and levy mode. In the practical part one selected healthcare company is introduced.
