Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní spokojenosti. Pro analýzu byla vybrána společnost zabývající se tiskovými službami. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností, měřením pracovní spokojenosti, pracovní nespokojeností a motivací. Praktická část pak obsahuje průzkum ve vybrané firmě.
