Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a studiem fyzikálně-chemických vlastností tenkých vrstev chalkogenidových skel systému Ge20Sb10S70-xSex, kde x = 0, 10, 20, 30 a 40. Tenké vrstvy byly připraveny z objemových vzorků skel metodou vakuového napařování. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with preparation and study of physico-chemical properties of chalcogenide glasses and thin amorphous films of Ge 20Sb10S70-xSex system, where x = 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40). Thin layers were prepared by thermal evaporation.
