Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o pohybové aktivitě či inaktivitě žáků, kteří navštěvují druhý stupeň základní školy. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na pohybovou aktivitu a inaktivitu ve vztahu ke zdravému životnímu stylu. Také zmiňujeme důležité vlivy, které přináší škola či rodina, ontogenetická období zkoumaného souboru a vybrané způsoby sledování a hodnocení pohybových aktivit. Na závěr teoretické části jsme se soustředili na charakteristiku námi vybrané základní školy a šetření v dané oblasti. V hlavní části zkoumáme pohybovou aktivitu a inaktivitu žáků na ZŠ a MŠ Nová.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the movement, activity or inactivity of pupils that are currently in secondary school. As a theoretical part, we focus on movement activity and inactivity in relation to a healthy lifestyle. We also mention the important influences that are brought by the school or family, and the ontogenetic periods of the used sample. We also mention the selected means of observation and evaluation of the movement activities. As a final part of the theory, we focused on the characteristics of the selected school and the research in the mentioned area. In the main part, we researched the movement patterns, activites, or inactivity of the pupils in the elementary school and kindergarten Nová.
