Tato diplomová práce pojednává o právu vlastnit, držet, nosit a používat zbraň k ochraně zdraví, života a majetku s ohledem na jednotlivé skupiny zbrojních průkazů a kategorie zbraní. This thesis deals with right to own, possess, carry and use a gun to protect health, live and property given to every group of gun licence and gun cathegory. Main part of thesis is complexed view of guns licence life from it is issued throught its limitations to the expiration.
