Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením osob samostatně výdělečně činných v legislativě sociálního zabezpečení. Zaměřuje se především na nemocenské pojištění osob samostatně výdělečně činných a na porovnání výše dávek dočasné pracovní neschopnosti a peněžité pomoci v mateřství u osob samostatně výdělečně činných v roce 2009, 2010 a 2011.
