Mäsové výrobky z pohľadu liečebnej výživy

Meat products in the perspective of nutrition therapy
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis summarizes information about meat products. The theoretical part describes characteristics of meat products with a focus on meat production and product range. Furthermore, the attention is focused on positive and negative impacts on human health. The empirical part of the thesis consists of a survey which aimed to find out awareness of meat products in a target group.

Bakalárska práca zahŕňa informácie o mäsových výrobkoch. V teoretickej časti je popísaná charakteristika mäsových výrobkov so zameraním na mäsovú výrobu a sortiment výrobkov. Ďalej je pozornosť venovaná pozitívnemu a negatívneho vplyvu na zdravie človeka.
