Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na systematiku právnických osob v občanském zákoníku účinném od 1. ledna 2014. Uvedená oblast soukromého práva prošla s novou kodifikací razantní proměnou a některé typy právnických osob nebyly formulovány a do nového systému zařazeny zcela vhodně. The master thesis focuses on the systematic of legal persons in czech civil code, which is in effect since 1st January 2014. This legal branch has substantially changed in the new codex and some types of legal entities were not appropriately formulated and incorporated into the new system.
