Abstract:

Cílem bakaláské práce Mezinárodní trendy v nastavení evropského sociálního státu je definovat současné pojetí sociálního státu, popsat snahy o jeho reformu a analyzovat příčiny krize. Práce seznamuje s pojmem sociální stát, zachycuje mezníky jeho vývoje, popisuje základní východiska a přístupy, dává příklady typologií. Rovněž definuje příčiny krize sociálního státu, vliv globalizace a vymezuje obecné tendence směřování evropských sociálních politik. Na stěžejních oblastech sociální politiky popisuje vývoj v České republice, nastiňuje také pravděpodobné budoucí trendy a zachycuje proces modernizace

Abstract:

The aim of the submitted thesis The International Trends in Regulating of European Social State is to define a current concept of a social state, describe efforts to its reform and analyse causes for a crises. The thesis deals with the concept of social state, shows boundary-stones of its development, describes essential resources and approaches, gives examples of typology. The thesis defines also couses for the crises, an impact of globalization and shows a general tendency in a movement of European social politics. The thesis describes development in key areas of social politics in the Czech Republic, outlines probable future trends and shows a modernization process as well.
