Abstract:
Cílem této práce je nastínit problematiku právní úpravy zpoplatnění komunálních odpadů. Dle platné legislativy mohou obce v České republice volit mezi třemi možnostmi zpoplatnění, kterými jsou poplatek dle zákona o odpadech, smluvní úhrada a místní poplatek dle zákona o místních poplatcích. The objective of this thesis is to outline problems charges of communal waste.
