This bachelor work examines the influence of the brewery Starokladno in the Kladno region. The work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are basic facts about the beer described. That means the history of beer, the ingredients and the ways, in which the beer is brewed. Diese Bachelorarbeit untersucht den Einfluss der Brauerei Starokladno auf die Kladno Region. Die Arbeit ist an zwei Teile geteilt, praktischen und theoretischen Teil. In dem theoretischen Teil werden die Grundfakten über das Bier beschreiben. Das bedeutet die Geschichte des Bieres, die Rohstoffen und die Weise, wie das Bier gebraut wird.
